Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Some products may require additional processing time due to manufacturer availability, warehouse transfers, special ordering, or freight scheduling.

  • Freight Carriers

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Delivery Times

Most in-stock orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Freight shipments and oversized items may require additional transit time.

Multiple Shipment Locations

To provide the largest selection of performance parts and accessories, products may ship from multiple warehouses or manufacturers.

As a result:

  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
  • Multiple tracking numbers may be provided.
  • Products may arrive on different days.

Additional shipping charges will not be assessed after checkout unless requested by the customer.

Freight Shipments

Freight shipments may require:

  • Delivery appointments

Customers should carefully inspect freight shipments before signing for delivery.

Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify Shop Renegade within 5 business days of delivery.
  2. Retain all packaging materials.
  3. Provide photographs of:
    • The damaged product
    • The shipping box
    • The shipping label
    • Any visible damage

Failure to report damage promptly may affect our ability to file a carrier claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shop Renegade is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Returned shipments due to address errors
  • Additional shipping charges incurred from incorrect information

If an order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to update the address upon request.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Shop Renegade is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim when applicable.

We will assist in providing tracking information and shipment documentation when available.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be restricted from shipment to certain states, territories, or countries due to local regulations, emissions laws, or manufacturer restrictions.

Orders containing restricted products may be canceled if shipment cannot legally be completed.
