Return & Refund Policy

At Shop Renegade, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may need to be returned. Because many of our products are sourced directly from manufacturers and distributors, including specialty automotive suppliers, the following return policy applies.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Product is new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All manuals, hardware, accessories, warranty cards, and documentation are included
  • Product is free from damage, modification, or signs of installation
  • Return Authorization (RMA) has been issued by Shop Renegade prior to shipment

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special-order items
  • Custom-built or made-to-order products
  • Tuners or electronic devices that have been opened, programmed, or installed
  • Fuel system components that have contained fuel
  • Products showing signs of installation or use
  • Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle fitment prior to purchase.

While we make every effort to provide accurate fitment information, vehicle modifications, production changes, and manufacturer updates can affect compatibility.

Returns requested due to incorrect fitment information provided during checkout may be eligible for return review. Returns resulting from customer ordering errors may be subject to restocking fees.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  2. Provide photographs of:
    • Product packaging
    • Shipping box
    • Shipping label
    • Damage or defect

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may impact claim eligibility with the carrier.

Defective items will be handled according to manufacturer warranty policies when applicable.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • Manufacturer or distributor restocking fees
  • Up to 15% restocking fee
  • Additional repackaging fees if original packaging is missing or damaged

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If free shipping was offered on the original order, actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • Shop Renegade is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 3–10 business days.
  • Refund amount will reflect any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or deductions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If an order has already been processed, packaged, or shipped by the manufacturer or distributor, cancellation fees may apply.

Special-order and custom-order products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Warranty Claims

Most products sold by Shop Renegade are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise specified.

Shop Renegade does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by the product manufacturer.
