Produced from a tungsten alloy for increased hardness, these seats deliver a substantially higher wear resistance vs. a stock replacement seat. Single piece O-ring. Our 6.0L cylinder head is the only cylinder head available with a single piece hoop style O-ring.  Our single piece O-ring ensures complete sealing of combustion vs. traditional stainless wire that has a seam. Application Notes All 20mm dowel heads are configured for 2-bolt rocker box configurations. Fleece Performance recommends the use of 6.4L pushrods (Ford Part No. 8C3Z-6565-B) when installing these cylinder heads. 6.4L pushrods are 0.050” shorter in length vs. a 6.0L pushrod and will accommodate the tolerance stack ups that can be encountered with a replacement cylinder head.  Head gasket not included. We recommend the use of Ford Part No.KZ3Z-6051-B. Cylinder Head Identification - Selecting the proper model Follow the flow chart below to determine the appropriate cylinder head and components for your application (this information may also be found in our installation instructions). The engine serial number can be found on the rear, driver’s side of the engine block. An alternate location for the engine serial number can be found on the identification sticker located on top of the fuel injector control module (FICM). This only applies for vehicles with their original FICM. If you are unsure if the FICM is original to the vehicle, read the serial number on the back of the engine block. The cylinder head also includes a unique single-piece hoop style O-ring, which guarantees a complete seal of combustion chambers, eliminating the seams associated with traditional stainless wire O-rings. Designed for 2-bolt rocker box configurations, the 20mm dowel heads are compatible with specific engine setups. Fleece Performance recommends using 6.4L pushrods, such as Ford Part No. 8C3Z-6565-B, which are 0.050 inches shorter than 6.0L pushrods. This ensures proper fitment and accommodates potential tolerance stack-ups during installation. Please note that the head gasket is not included; the recommended gasket is Ford Part No. KZ3Z-6051-B. Proper identification of your engine serial number, located on the rear of the engine block or the FICM sticker, is essential to select the correct head model for your application.
