These enhancements result in an inlet pipe that is 16.7-percent less restrictive than the stock unit. Our 2017-2021 Civic Type R turbo inlet tube is constructed with a robust CNC-machined cast-aluminum turbo compressor inlet connection flange. This mating surface is designed to OEM specifications, providing a perfect bolt-on fit. The upper portion of the tube is fabricated from mandrel-bent aluminum piping, which is professionally TIG welded to the cast lower. This kit includes a 4-ply silicone coupler to mate the Mishimoto Performance Intake MAF housing with our new inlet tube, as well as high-quality stainless steel worm-gear clamps and an EVAP hose adapter flange to make installation a breeze. We offer the option of either red or black powder-coated finish, providing an excellent aesthetic upgrade for your engine bay.
