prematurely once mated to your new camshaft.  GM 19052845 is an OEM gear and our Elite Series camshafts are designed to work properly with the stock gear.  Bronze or Composite gears are not required.  Add the LT1ODPH to replace the OEM composite oil pump drive housing with our billet aluminum version.  While the factory composite housing is fine in most instances, a high volume oil pump and\/or
